Welcome to the Culleoka Water Supply Corporation Community.
We require the following from new property owners:
- Each property owner must read and complete the Application https://culleoka.org/all-forms-and-reports
- Copy of each home owners ID's
- Proof of Ownership: Settlement Statement or Closing Disclosure
- $200 refundable membership fee and a $25 non-refundable transfer fee
All Fees must be paid at your service start date
- Cash, Check, Money Order can be paid in office, Drive-thru, or placed in the night drop box located on the side of the building.
- Credit Card payments can be submitted online or through the phone after you have been provided with an account number (any debit or credit card payment will incur a 3% third party card processing fee).
If you’ve purchased property that will need a meter installed, please contact the office for pricing.
Tenant's: Please have the property owner contact the office in regards to transfering the service.
Please contact our office by phone -or- you can print out the Service Application and Agreement to apply for service. We look forward to serving your water needs.
