The State of Texas has ruled that water service is personal property and has enacted rules and laws under which a transfer of the water service may occur. Basically, the water service must remain with the property being served. Transfer to the membership typically occurs when the property changes ownership. Water Restriction Variance Request
Members may make request a variance to the mandatory water restrictions by completing and submitting this form to the Culleoka Water Supply Corporation's business office. Action on the request for variance will be made within two weeks from the submittal date.
