Culleoka Water Supply Corporation

Culleoka, at its discretion, will mail the water bill to a renter (or other person) at the written request of the member.  This alternate billing arrangement is strictly for the convenience of the member but does not relieve the member from the financial obligations to pay the bill if the renter fails to do so.  All collection procedures will be invoked, including removal of the water service, if payment is not made for the water service per the published Culleoka Water Supply Corporation Tariff.  It is strongly recommended that the member get a water deposit from the renter prior to requesting the bill to be sent to someone other than the member himself/herself.  Culleoka does not, and in fact cannot, take a deposit from anyone other than a member of the corporation.  At its sole discretion and for any reason, Culleoka Water Supply Corporation reserves the right to refuse to send the water bill to anyone other than the member and may revoke the alternate billing agreement at any time.
