The rates and fees are set by the Board of Directors. The rates and fees are incorporated into the corporation's tariff which is filed with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. Water rates are adjusted by the Board of Directors based upon the wholesale cost of water and the operational and capital improvement costs to deliver the water to the end user.
