North Texas Municipal Water District has imposed Stage 3 Water Restrictions effective November 1, 2011. Stage 3 Restrictions call for mandatory water conservation.
Stage 3 Water Restrictions.
Landscape watering with sprinklers and irrigation systems is restricted to no more than one day every two weeks for the period November 1st to March 31st and once per week for the period April 1 to October 31.
Landscape cannot be watered between the hours of 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM for the April 1 to October 31 interval.

Hosing of paved areas, buildings or windows is prohibited.
Operation of ornamental fountains is prohibited.
Establishment of new landscape should be postponed until the drought conditions have passed.
Washing or rinsing of vehicles is prohibited except by hose with a cutoff nozzle.
Using water is such a manner as to allow runoff or other waste is prohibited.
Draining and filling of existing swimming pools is prohibited. Existing pools may add water to replace losses during normal use. Filling of new pools is prohibited.

The annual meeting and Board of Director election is scheduled to be held on February 20, 2012 at 7:00 PM at the corpoate office at 100 E. Princeton Drive, Princeton, TX. Three Board of Director positions are open for election and three candidates have made application for the positions.
New election laws were enacted by the State of Texas and became effective on September 1, 2011. Due to the changes in state law, the Culleoka WSC Bylaws need to be updated to conform to the State Laws.
