New Service Application
Before a new water service can be installed, customers must complete the New Service Application Form and the Easement Form. The forms must signed and returned to the business office. Please include information as to the exact location of the property. When the application is received in the business office, our service personnel will perform a site survey and determine the requirements for installing a new water service at the location requested. Once the requirements are determined, the business office will notify the customer in writing of about the total cost for installing the new service., including, if required, the cost for line extensions, road bores, line upgrades, etc.
