Culleoka Water Supply Corporation provides an alternate billing service as a convenience to its members. Please read the information contained on the Alternate Billing page and on the form itself prior to authorizing Culleoka WSC to send the bill to anyone other than the member himself. The State of Texas has ruled that water service is personal property and has enacted rules and laws under which a transfer of the water service may occur. Basically, the water service must remain with, and be located on the property being served. Transfer of the membership typically occurs when the property rights are transferred to a new owner.
