Alternate Billing Information
Culleoka Water Supply Corporation, at its sole discretion, may mail the water bill to someone (e. g., a renter) other than the member (i.e., the property owner) upon receipt of the Alternate Billing Request Form signed by the member. The alternate billing arrangement is strictly for the convenience of the the member but does not relieve the member of the financial obligations to pay the water bill if the renter fails to do so. All collection fees, late fees, penalties for tampering with the water equipment and operational procedures will be invoked, up to and including the removal of the water service, if payment is not received by the corporation for the water service per the published Tariff of the Culleoka Water Supply Corporation. It is strongly recommended that the member get a water deposit from the renter prior to requesting the water bill to be sent to the renter. Culleoka does not, and in fact cannot, take a deposit from anyone other than a member of the corporation. At its sole discretion and for any reason, the Culleoka Water Supply Corporation reserves the right to refuse to send the water bill to anyone other than the member or may revoke the alternate billing agreement at any time.
